These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prezario website and services ("Prezario," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the site, creating an account, signing in (including via third-party authentication), or purchasing any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or services.
1. Company Disclosure
Prezario is a company registered in the United Kingdom. All services are delivered remotely from the UK.
By purchasing services or creating an account, you acknowledge that you are contracting with a UK-based company, regardless of your country of residence. Prezario does not maintain offices, employees, or representatives in the United States.
2. Nature of the Services
Prezario provides analytical, editorial, and structural services designed to improve how users articulate and present economic value. Services may include:
- Profile analysis and rewrites
- Offer clarification and positioning
- Written feedback and structural corrections
- Execution frameworks and workflows
Prezario does not:
- Provide employment, recruiting, or placement services
- Act as an agent, broker, or representative
- Apply for jobs or clients on your behalf
- Guarantee income, employment, clients, contracts, or outcomes
- Provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, or investment advice
All services are informational and preparatory in nature.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
By using Prezario, you represent that:
- You are acting on your own behalf
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- You have the right to submit any materials provided
4. Accounts & Authentication
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You may register or sign in using:
- Email and password
- Third-party authentication providers, including Google OAuth
If you sign in using Google OAuth, Prezario receives limited account information (such as your email address, name, profile picture, and a unique identifier) solely for authentication and account association purposes.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring that any third-party account (e.g. Google) used to sign in is secure
Prezario is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from compromised credentials or third-party account breaches.
5. Third-Party Services (Authentication & Infrastructure)
Prezario uses third-party service providers to operate core functionality, including Supabase, which provides authentication and account access services (including processing OAuth login requests).
By using Prezario, you acknowledge that:
- Authentication services may be provided through third-party infrastructure
- Availability of login features may depend on third-party systems
- Third-party providers are subject to their own terms and privacy policies
Prezario remains responsible for its services but is not liable for outages, disruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.
6. No Guarantees / No Reliance
Prezario makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- Employment or job offers
- Income or revenue generation
- Client acquisition
- Market acceptance or third-party decisions
You acknowledge that:
- Results depend on your execution, market conditions, and third parties
- Any examples shown are illustrative only and not promises
- You are solely responsible for how outputs are used
You agree not to rely on Prezario services as a substitute for professional advice.
7. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Decisions made using Prezario outputs
- Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules
- Representations made to third parties
You may not:
- Misrepresent Prezario outputs as guarantees or endorsements
- Use services for deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass or abuse authentication or account systems
- Resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute Prezario materials
8. Payments, Fees & Refunds
All prices are disclosed at checkout and payable in advance.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:
- All sales are final
- No refunds are provided
- Failure to act, respond, or submit materials does not entitle you to a refund
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, frameworks, methodologies, workflows, and materials are owned by Prezario or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered materials for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Prezario materials
- Train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models on Prezario content
- Reverse engineer, replicate, or extract systems or workflows
10. Confidentiality
Prezario treats submitted user materials as confidential.
You agree not to disclose or publish:
- Non-public Prezario frameworks
- Internal feedback methodologies
- Private service details or communications
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
Prezario disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of information
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Prezario is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim
- Prezario is not responsible for third-party decisions, platforms, employers, clients, or governments
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; these apply to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prezario from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the services
- Your representations to third parties
- Your violation of these Terms
14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (United States Customers Only)
If you are located in the United States, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or class arbitration.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief where appropriate.
15. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For users outside the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For users located in the United States, Section 14 (Arbitration) applies, and court proceedings are limited to enforcing an arbitration award or seeking relief where arbitration is not permitted by law.
16. Termination
Prezario may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the services
- Act in bad faith or abusively
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
17. Privacy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, including data associated with Google OAuth login.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
