c) Information from Google OAuth (if you sign in with Google)
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive:
- Your Google account email address
- Your name and profile picture
- A unique identifier used for authentication

2.5. Google User Data (OAuth Authentication)
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we access limited Google user data strictly for authentication purposes.
Data Accessed
- Email address – your Google account email
- Profile information – your name and profile picture
- OpenID identifier – a unique identifier used to authenticate your identity
We request only the minimum scopes required for authentication: email, profile, and openid.
Data Usage
We use Google user data only for:
- Authentication – to verify your identity and allow secure sign-in
- Account Management – to associate your account with your email address and display your name
- Service Operation – to operate your Prezario account and provide account-related communications and access to purchased services
We do not use Google user data for:
- Advertising or marketing
- Selling, renting, or monetising data
- Training artificial intelligence or machine-learning models
- Any purpose unrelated to authentication or account management
Data Sharing
Google user data is processed through Supabase, our authentication service provider, and stored securely in our database.
We do not share Google user data with third parties except:
- Supabase – which processes OAuth authentication on our behalf under its own data processing agreements
- Essential service providers (e.g. hosting or payment processors) who are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to deliver services to us
We do not permit any third party to use Google user data for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data for marketing, advertising, or commercial use.
Data Storage & Protection
- Google user data is stored securely in our Supabase database on protected cloud infrastructure
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only
- We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, encryption, and security monitoring
- Supabase maintains strong security practices and compliance standards appropriate for authentication services
Data Retention & Deletion
Retention: We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to operate your account. Certain records (such as billing or tax-related data) may be retained for up to 7 years after account closure to comply with UK legal and accounting obligations.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your Google user data at any time by:

- Requesting account deletion through your account settings
We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Google Account: Disconnecting your Google account from Prezario does not delete your Prezario account. Account deletion must be requested separately.
Your Rights Regarding Google User Data
You have the right to:
- Access the Google user data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
- Disconnect your Google account at any time
- Export your data in a portable format
