How Directive Works
1. Scope is defined
You and Prezario agree on:
- the outcome to be produced
- the timeframe
- the artefacts required for success
There is a clear finish condition.
2. Work is submitted
You execute independently and submit:
- drafts
- assets
- offers
- proof material
Directive does not chase you.
3. Correction is applied
You receive:
- blunt feedback
- structural corrections
- decision forcing (what to cut, what to ship, what to ignore)
Calls happen only when a decision is blocked.
4. The work ships
The engagement ends when:
- the agreed artefacts exist
- the outcome is achieved
- or the defined window closes
Directive is not ongoing by default.
What You Leave With
By the end of Directive, you should have:
- shipped real economic artefacts
- removed ambiguity from your offer or proof
- reduced execution risk
- created market-evaluatable signal
If that hasn’t happened, Directive has failed.
